Who needs a house in Miami on a Private Island?  Twelve years ago, Nicolas Berggruen sold his Art Deco house on a private island near Miami. He said he no longer wanted to be weighed down by physical possessions.  From that point on he would be homeless, sort of.  He kept his Gulfstream IV and his credit cards.  This ain’t exactly roughing it!
