Miami: Peruvian Seafood Sensation not Ceviche

If you’ve ever had ceviche so good that it melts in your mouth and sends your taste buds into uncontrolled delirium, then you know how wonderful Peruvian food can be. Well the Peruvians are at it again. A farm-raised freshwater fish from Peru is drawing raves from local chefs, and making Fujimori’s daughter blush (I don’t actually know if the blushing part is true, but it sounds reasonable).
