Miami: Fed Plan Helps Everglades

As the alligators battle the invading pythons for the spot of premiere predator in South Florida (sounds like a sporting competition), the U.S. Federal officials have announced that they will have a new reptile playground on which to do it.  The Feds recently unveiled final details of a plan to create a new wildlife refuge and conservation area that would preserve open land north of Lake Okeechobee and help waterflow to the Everglades.  I’m personally all for it, and I’m sure the alligators and pythons are too.  Let the games begin.
