Miami: Carnival Stock Sinks with Italian Cruise Ship

Sometimes, it ain’t so hot to be global.  Apparently there are a lot of short-term investors out there who trade on news instead of performance.  Unfortunately for Miami’s own Carnival Cruise lines, they move the needles.  In the aftermath of a shipwreck off Italy, cruise stocks took a hit in the U.S. market. Worst hit was Carnival, which owns the capsized Costa Concordia.  Interested in a Mediterranean cruise?  Well, maybe!
